Sales Person – Real Estate

Join Dholera City Smart and help investors and home buyers discover opportunities in India’s first planned greenfield smart city.

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and personable Sales Person to join our Delhi office and grow our client base of plot buyers and real estate investors interested in Dholera Smart City. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them from initial inquiry through site visits to closed sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to and follow up on inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, website, walk-ins) promptly and professionally
  • Explain plot layouts, pricing, payment plans, and project USPs clearly to prospective buyers and investors
  • Coordinate and, where required, accompany clients on site visits to Dholera
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM
  • Stay current on Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR) developments, infrastructure updates, and market trends

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, plot sales, or a similar direct-sales role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Comfortable with phone-based prospecting and in-person client meetings
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Willingness to travel for occasional site visits
